How much is the Paypal fee?

Paypal charges us 3.4% of the money you pay to use their service. We have to add this fee to the money request we send to you.

Example: You accept a price offer of 100 EUR gross, and choose Paypal, you'll get a money request of 103.52 EUR. (This means that we'll get exactly 100 EUR after Paypal fees.)

Paying with bank transfer

You can always choose to pay in the "old fashioned" way with wire transfer from your bank account to our bank account. Here are the details:

How much does it cost me?

We never charge you any extra fee if you pay with bank transfer. Your bank on the other hand will most likely charge you for international bank transfer. This amount is listed on the contract you have with your bank. Please check this before choosing this payment. You'll have to choose to pay for the money transfer in addition to the amount you pay to us. Usually it is the default setting for international money transfers.

Example: You transfer 100 EUR that is the total of your proforma invoice, and the total 100 EUR arrives to our bank account.

Who can order?

Our company takes orders within the territory of the European Union, shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom. Any individual, company and organization within the delivery area can make an order. Hereinafter referred to as "customer".

Description of service.

The manufacturer produces and delivers CD and DVD products to the costumer. The disks are provided with graphics and data content (if any) given by the costumer. The standards concerning the CD and DVD disks comply with those of the current CD-R, DVD-R, Mini CD-R, Mini DVD-R, DVD5, DVD9 standards. All other information concerning printing technologies and data copying is described on the webpage: www.weprintyourcd.eu. and takes place accordingly. Hereinafter referred to as "production".

Placing the order

The order commences by the quotation of the manufacturer to the costumer. The costumer provides the manufacturer with the necessary graphic and (if any) master directories, via the internet, who will start the production after preliminary inspection, manufactures the product and transports it by delivery service to the address determined by the costumer within the delivery area.

How does the payment occur?

When accepting the quotation, the manufacturer requests the total cost of production, increased with the sales tax, including the exact cost of transportation from the customer using a method of payment chosen by the customer (bank transfer or PayPal). The customer is obliged to pay the total amount. The physical manufacture of the product only takes place after the arrival of the total amount. If the amount requested differs from the amount provided, the manufacturer is not obliged to start the production until the contradiction has been settled. The manufacturer and the customer are both obliged to make this happen as soon as possible. In case of a bank transfer, the customer is charged for the bank transfer fee which cannot be devolved to the manufacturer. In case of a PayPal payment, the gross final amount of the quotation increases by the commission of PayPal (3, 4%) which is included in the requested amount. By payment the costumer gives a legal declaration that the order is valid and irreversible. Concerning customized products the costumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal after payment, since the manufacture of the products is launched. In exceptional cases withdrawal after payment is possible by the evaluation of the manufacturer if the production has not been launched yet for some reason. If such case should occur the manufacturer (after deducting own costs; e.g. bank fee) is obliged to repay the amount previously paid by the costumer.

How does delivery occur?

The manufacturer passes the intact final products to the delivery services UPS or DHL, which companies will take care of transportation of the products within their own system to the country and address requested by the costumer. Delivery occurs by the delivery company's own conditions, which are accepted by the costumer's order. The costumer is required to provide a shipping address where the delivery service can reach them or leave a reminder. If the costumer proves unreachable despite every attempt, the package may be returned. The cost of re-delivering is paid by the costumer. The package can be traced on the internet, based on the packet number which will be sent by the manufacturer to the costumer via email. Upon receipt the costumer is obliged to check the integrity of the package and its contents. In case of a damaged package the costumer is obliged to record a report concerning the damage in the presence of a representative from the delivery company and report it towards both the delivery company and the manufacturer. The manufacturer is responsible for the delivery under the terms of the delivery company. Concerning damages caused by delivery, demands of financial or non-financial compensations may not be announced towards the manufacturer other than costs the delivery company deems as valid.

Copyright

By the order the costumer assumes criminal responsibility that he owns the copyright of the materials provided throughout the production including graphical materials and master data content or the written permission of the copyright holder (including music, pictures, or videos from any third party) specifically for this use. The costumer states that the fulfillment of their order does not violate the laws of the EU, especially the laws of the country of delivery and the country of the manufacturer's base and no third party rights are violated by the order. The costumer states that they are able to prove the above claims if requested. If a copyright problem should occur during or after the ordering process, the manufacturer shall not be liable in any way under this contract. During the production the manufacturer cannot and is not obliged to review the contents of the materials submitted, but in case data are found to violate good taste or morality they may refuse production and after deduction of their own costs (e.g. bank fee) the manufacturer repays the amount previously paid by the costumer. The manufacturer reserves the right to decline any order at any stage of the production without explanation. If the manufacturer should withdraw without explanation they are obliged to repay the total amount previously paid by the costumer, but the manufacturer has no further financial or non-financial liability. With the manufacturer's withdrawal and after the conditions specified above are met the contract between the costumer and the manufacturer is automatically terminated.

Technical Aspects of files needed for manufacture

By the order the customer declares that they have the knowledge and information that the manufacturer needs in order to produce the product. The files transferred must meet the following requirements:

• At least 300dpi resolution
• CMYK color coding concerning the entire graphic
• No embedded color profile
• Typographic PDF or TIFF format
• Standard size stated on the website weprintyourcd.eu has to be met

• For CD-ROM or DVD ISO or NRG format
• For audio CD BIN / CUE and NRG formats
• Attach a master file for MD5 and SFV checksum file
• The names of the files have to refer to their content explicitly. (e.g. title_performer_cd_master.nrg)

Submission of files to the manufacturer:

Depending on their size the files may be submitted attached in email (up to 10MB) or using file sending services (such as Dropbox, Wetransfer, Google Drive etc.) or uploaded to the ftp server provided by the manufacturer. When sending the files the order number has to be referred to, and they should arrive from the email address used for the order itself without exception. If the production is delayed due to error or shortcoming concerning the files submitted, it shall not be attributed to the manufacturer in any way. The manufacturer shall attempt to detect all technical errors, but errors of the final products due to error of the files do not qualify as defective performance.

Production intervals

The production intervals stated on the manufacturer's website serve information purposes. The production interval starts after the payment and after the costumer provided the manufacturer with all the necessary files and the manufacturer found all of them adequate. The manufacturer does not guarantee a specific production interval, but will do everything in their might to ensure the fastest execution possible.

Defective performance and warranty

In case of defective performance the parties are obliged to search for a compromise and seek amicable agreement. In case of defective production the costumer receives compensation which is at the maximum identical to the costs of production. In case it is possible the manufacturer repairs the faulty product or sends a replacement.

• If other graphics are printed on the disc than the artwork submitted by the costumer
• If other content is written on the disk than the master content submitted by the costumer.
• If the printing happens on the wrong type of storage media
• Disks with material defect over the normal 1-2 percent

• Minor differences concerning the color of the "expected" and the "received" results
• Compatibility problems of CD and DVD discs without material defect (e.g. mounts slowly, or if certain cd/dvd writers cannot write on the disks.)
• Problems due to the shortcoming of files submitted by the costumer (e.g. low-resolution graphics, fault master, spelling errors)

Other provisions.

• The costumer - by submitting an order - states, that they have read and accepted these conditions.
• The contract between the manufacturer and the costumer, the quotation and the materials submitted are considered trade secrets but the manufacturer has the right to involve a third party(s) in the production process or trust a subcontractor(s) with the whole production process. In this case the contract between the manufacturer and their subcontractor shall not violate the points of agreement recorded in the present contract, but the costumer acknowledges that the files submitted data (e.g.: the manufacturer provides the delivery company as a subcontractor with the shipping address) will be known by third parties.
• The manufacturer only uses confidential information in the course of construction. These data will not be used for other purposes (e.g. resale, or marketing purposes).
• The legitimate request for information from authorities form an exception since the manufacturer is obliged to provide legal authorities with data to the extent required.
• If the manufacturer detects anything during the production which violates criminal law he is obliged to notify the legal authorities and provide them with all data available. Therefore the manufacturer shall not be in any way held responsible later.
• Concerning any other issues not listed here the legislations of the Hungarian Civil Code and EU legislations prevail.
• The parties designate the court closest to the manufacturer's principal base as competent in disputes.
