How can I ask for a price offer?
You can simply ask for a price offer by filling out this form or by contacting us in email. We'll alsways need your shipping adress with a ZIP code, so we can also include the shipping cost in our price offer.
How do you ship?
We ship your order with UPS or with DHL depending on your location. Each of our shipping partner is reliable and fast. You will get the package(s) in a few days maximum. You will get the tracking number in email when your order has been shipped.
What format do you need for printing?
Printing CDs and DVDs is not different from any other printing so we can accept standard formats: PDF, TIFF, JPG. Always use at least 300dpi resolution, but we recommend 600dpi for offset printing. We can only accept CMYK color files. We can not accept source files like PSD, IND or CDR, you will have to export PDF from your editor software.
What format do you need for duplication and replication?
You'll have to send us CD-IMAGE files for CD and DVD duplication, replication. For CD-ROMs and DVDs we recommend using ISO file format, and for Audio CDs you can use BIN/CUE/CDT files. Or you can use Nero's NRG format for everything. You'll have to include an MD5 checksum for your image file.
What are the discs' capacities?
For CDs and CD-Rs you can use a maximum of 700MB or 80 minutes of audio. We recommend using maximum 70-75 minutes of audio on CD-Rs. For DVD-R the maximum capacity is 4.7GB. For replicated DVD5 the capacity is 4.7GB and for DVD9 it's 8.5GB. (Actual disc capacity might be slightly different.)
What is the difference between replication and duplication?
With duplication we use blank (writeable) CD-R and DVD-R discs. We use high quality copy towers to burn your content. The method is the same as the home-use CD / DVD burning, but with high capacity. It's the cheaper choice for small run projects, we can make as low as 25 discs with duplication.
With replication we make a precise glassmaster of your content and we use it as a source for pressing the discs. This way the discs are made with your content from the beginning, without using empty discs. This is the standard induastrial production for optical disc products, the same is used for Hollywood movies and big-label CDs. It starts from 500 discs.
What content can you copy?
You have to own the copyright of the content you send to us for duplication or replication, and even for the printing material. This means the content has to be made by you, or you have to have to authorisation from the copyright holder for making such copies. If you use any material from 3rd party (pictures, music, video, etc.) you have to have the license for using this specific content on the discs.
